The Beginning On a day in history, during the AGM of the society, the managing committee proposed that the building health needs attention. True it was. Building needed 3rd maintenance in under 20 years. There were 3 prominent mishaps which could have caused injury. : Do we spend on maintenance? : What's the alternative? : Redevelopment : Okay, But who will do it? We have 4 projects in our neighborhood, which are pending as the builder was not capable or may be the circumstances were not in favor. : Self Redevelopment was the option. A Known devil is better than an unknown devil. Normally, someone knows a builder and he or the group of people are supportive to that builder. and some builders deliver their promises on time.
